幹壞事是進步最大的原動力
翻資料才發現路透社的 feed 已經不見了，大概是去年 2020 年六月的事情：「Returning the "killed" RSS of Reuters from the dead」。
不過文章裡面提到的替代方案還蠻有趣的，Google News 上可以透過 filter 條件輸出：

不過測了一下台灣自家的新聞媒體網址，看起來不會動... 把網站改成 news.google.com.tw 也不行，如果沒有提供的還是得自己寫...
找資料的時候發現維基百科上面有一個條目是在說明美國媒體的偏好：「Media bias in the United States」，不過上面講的還是比較描述性，另外找了其他的研究來翻。
首先是在「"Fake News," Lies and Propaganda: How to Sort Fact from Fiction」這邊翻到的資料，是出自於「Ideological Placement of Each Source’s Audience」這邊，這是 2014 年的分析：
接著是翻到「News Literacy: News Views & Fact Checking Resources: Media Bias」這篇，出自「Media Bias Chart 4.0: Downloadable Image and Standard License」，這是 2018 年的分析：
再來是「Detecting Bias」，出自「Media Bias Ratings」，這是 2019 年的分析，原網站目前則是更新到 2021 年了：
透過這些資料可以很粗糙的抓一下這些媒體的 Political spectrum，在讀新聞的時候會更清晰一點。
紐約時報官方把整個站台放到 Tor 的 Hidden Service 上了：「The New York Times is Now Available as a Tor Onion Service」。

在英國衛報與華盛頓郵報因報導 Snowden 事件而拿到 2014 年的普立茲獎後，華盛頓郵報正式公開立場，表達應該將 Snowden 弄回美國受審，而非現在大家在呼籲的特赦：「WashPost Makes History: First Paper to Call for Prosecution of Its Own Source (After Accepting Pulitzer)」。
In doing so, the Washington Post has achieved an ignominious feat in U.S. media history: the first-ever paper to explicitly editorialize for the criminal prosecution of its own source — one on whose back the paper won and eagerly accepted a Pulitzer Prize for Public Service. But even more staggering than this act of journalistic treachery against the paper’s own source are the claims made to justify it.
華盛頓郵報的說法更是無恥：

這從來就不是合法的問題，而是侵犯人權的問題，合法的事情在事後甚至被制定憲法修正案而推翻的事情多的是。美國的女性在 1920 年才擁有投票權 (透過「美國憲法第十九修正案」)。
第四權必須發揮應有的能力去推動政府往正確的方向前進。在拿到普立茲獎後以「合法」的角度來論述淪落為政府打手，墮落至此...
Google News 大頭 Richard Gingras 的宣佈，由於西班牙通過的新法令要求引用的單位要付費，所以 Google News 決定直接關閉西班牙服務：「An update on Google News in Spain」。
This new legislation requires every Spanish publication to charge services like Google News for showing even the smallest snippet from their publications, whether they want to or not.
咦，隔壁棚不是才剛上演過類似的事情嗎：「German publisher caves to Google News after massive traffic drop」。
