Apparently bought in two chunks: 3.0.0.0/9 and 3.128.0.0/9.
Previous owner was GE.Anecdotal reports across the Internet that AWS EIPs are now being assigned in that range.

另外有人在下面提到 Amazon 說不定會推出 3.3.3.3 之類的 DNS Resolver 服務？至少先把 3.3.3.0/24 這段預留起來？
