If you're a member of Engineering and someone creates a child team called Security, team members of Engineering aren't automatically direct team members of Security. Security and all other teams nested under the Engineering will inherit repository permissions and @mentions but nothing else.
After reading this discussion, my current conclusion is that we've totally misunderstood the impact of the attack, and that the security of our bittorrent downloads is still good enough. So I propose we revert to what we did before the 2.12 release, i.e. ship Torrents, for the foreseeable future when 2nd pre-image attacks are not realistic yet.
回到 Tails 3.0 本身,其中比較大的改變是放棄了 32bits 的支援:
Tails 3.0 works on 64-bit computers only and not on 32-bit computers anymore.
Previously, you could start and stop Amazon ECS tasks manually, but running tasks on a schedule required writing and integrating an external scheduler with the Amazon ECS API.
Now you can schedule tasks through the Amazon ECS console on fixed time intervals (e.g.: number of minutes, hours, or days). Additionally, you can now set Amazon ECS as a CloudWatch Events target, allowing you to launch tasks by using CloudWatch Events.
For the training data, we label on output ?? as follows. For each self-play game, first calculate territory difference ? at the end of the game. Then, based on the Chinese rule, label 1 (win) on ?? for all ? < ?, and -1 (lose) for all ? > ?. (Note that the draw case ? = ? is ignored in this paper since the komi is not an integer normally.) For example, if black occupies 7 more points of territory than white, the ?-komi game is considered a win for all ? < 7, and a loss for all ? > 7. Thus, in this case, a 7.5-komi game is a loss, and a 6.5-komi or 0.5-komi game is a win.
