包括 Standard storage 與 Reduced Redundancy storage 都一併降價，其中 Reduced Redundancy storage 是依照 Standard storage 的 2/3 價錢計算。不知道是不是跟 EdgeCast 最近在測試 Cloud Storage 有關？
