OpenID 2.0

2.0 在社群的參與修訂後，將要進入最後的公告程序了：Finalizing OpenID Authentication 2.0 and OpenID Attribute Exchange。

2.0 在發展時就不斷有人將 Draft 的內容寫成 Library，並隨著 Draft 不斷更新，所以最後正式定案的時候都已經有現成的 Library 可以套用。
