lighttpd 1.4.17

我在 Lighttpd 1.4.16 的 404 Handler 行為改變 提到的情況被視為是 bug，在 1.4.17 修正了：1.4.17 – for the sake of the server.error-handler-404。

看起來又修正了一堆東西，看起來有些還蠻重要的… 不過，lighttpd 1.5 看起來還好遙遠啊：1.5.0 的 unclosed ticket。
