對個人資料的保護

英國打算對販賣個人資料的人加重處罰，本來的最重處罰是罰款 5000 英鎊，而這次打算加重到關兩年：Jail for Selling Email Lists to Spammers。

重點是，E-mail Address 也屬於個人資料，所以販賣 Spam 軟體順便賣 E-mail Address 名單的人也算在內。現在訂這個法律，要等到通過，然後第一次用新法判刑，又要再等一兩年了…
