Update：我放在這裡，不過這個版本有影音同步的問題，我再找看看其他版本。

Update：潛水的路人提供了一個影音同步的版本 (用 Media Player Classic 看也正常)，我放一份 local mirror 到這裡。

正好在抓eMule，就順便搜尋了一下，有一個用WWDC2005搜尋到的，且可得數最高的。

前幾天剛好在收集這類資訊，後來在 presentation zen (http://lukhnos.org/blog/zh/archives/259#comments) 和 Dr. Tai 的 comment (http://lukhnos.org/blog/zh/archives/259#comments) 裡都看到了 Edward Tufte，此人倡導的說法是：PowerPoint makes you dumb (http://www.pieandcoffee.org/2006/01/05/items12/#6) ，我想 Gates 和 PowerPoint 之間大概是個惡性循環吧…
