對於 FIFO (pipe) 不會設 POLLHUP 的問題：kern/76144: poll doesn’t set POLLHUP when FIFO is closed 以及 kern/76525 : select() hangs on EOF from named pipe (FIFO)，bde (@freebsd.org) 在後面有出來解釋這個鳥蛋問題…

看起來是不用奢望了 :p
